London: Pushkin Press, 2011.  This anonymous review was suppposedly taken from ''The Guardian'' [London]), in reality, however, the review appeared first in ''The Telegraph'' [London], nor was it written by someone anonymous, but rather by Duncan Fallowell, "Three Lives.
