This is a review of two Arabic titles published by the Cairene publishing house Dār al-Hilāl, Junūn al-ḥubb [Love's Madness] and Qulūb taḥtariq: maʾsāt insāniyyah muʾaththirah [Hearts Burning. A Moving Human Tragedy]. The first volume, Junūn al-ḥubb, comprises two of Stefan Zweig's novellas, i.e. "24 [Arbaʿ wa-ʿishrūn] sāʿah fī ḥayāt imraʾah" [Vierundzwanzig Stunden aus dem Leben einer Frau] and "Junūn al-ḥubb" [Brennendes Geheimnis], while the second volume, Qulūb taḥtariq, is one of the two or more existing Arabic translations of Ungeduld des Herzens.
